Moussem Culturel International d'Assilah
Dans le cadre de l'université d'été organisée par la Fondation du Forum d'Assilah, Dr. Bouchra Rahmouni, Directeur de la Recherche, des Partenariats et des Evènements, ainsi que nos seniors fellows Mhammed Dryef et Moubarak Lo prendront part aux colloques sous les thèmes:
- Le Fardeau de la démocratie: quelle voie pour le salut?
- Le développement durable et les contraintes des pays de l'hémisphére sud,
Ces colloques visent à promouvoir le dialogue des cultures et des civilisations et à contribuer à une meilleure compréhension entre élites, les décideurs et les universitaires des pays développés et en ceux en voie de développement.

Mhammed Dryef
Senior Fellow
M’hammed Dryef is a Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South, and a Professor of Practice at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, where he also serves as a Special Advisor to the Public Policy School (PPS). He graduated from the École Nationale d’Administration Publique (ENAP) in 1972 and also holds two postgraduate diplomas in Private Law, obtained in 1975 and 1977 from Mohammed V University in Rabat. In 1992, he earned a PhD in Public Law from the Pierre Mendès-France University in Grenoble. M’hammed Dryef began his administrative career in 1972 as Deputy Administrator at the Ministry of Administrative Affairs, General Secretariat of the Government. Senior Fellow
Moubarak Lo is Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South and President of the Emergence Institute, specializing in economic and statistical studies and strategic planning, and who focuses on Economic Growth & Development, and Applied Statistics. He was Special Adviser to the Prime Minister, Chief Economist of the Prime Minister and Coordinator of the Economic and Social Analysis Unit. Previously, he was deputy director in the Cabinet of Macky Sall, president of the Republic of Senegal. He also served as an economic advisor to Prime Ministers Habib Thiam, Moustapha Niasse, and Mamadou Lamine Loum, as well as the Office of the Minister of Economy and Finance.
