Otaviano Canuto, Senior Fellow at Policy Center for the New South, is featured speaker in a session titled “Resilience of Global Flows and Regionalization of Chains of Production”, in the framework of the 12th edition of the Bucharest Forum, organized by the Aspen Institute Romania and the German Marshall Fund (GMF) of the United States.

Mr. Canuto’s session will focus on addressing the challenges and solutions for enhancing the resilience of global flows in the context of the evolving trend of regionalizing chains of production.

This year’s edition of the Bucharest Forum, under the theme “A Global Inflection Point – Where Are We Headed?”, will take place in Bucharest, from November 9 to 10, 2023.
