The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Morocco are co-organizing Foresight 2035 – Morocco and Europe in a Shifting World Order, a strategic foresight and policy simulation taking place on 14–16 November 2025 (2.5 days) at the Policy Center for the New South in Rabat.

The initiative brings together 25 young professionals and students to explore possible futures for Morocco–Europe relations toward 2035. Through a scenario-based and interactive format, participants engage in structured discussions on key uncertainties shaping the future of the relationship and reflect on their policy implications.

The program combines foresight-oriented dialogue with immersive simulation exercises designed to foster collaborative analysis, strategic thinking, and policy reflection under conditions of uncertainty, with the aim of generating forward-looking insights and contributing to actionable policy recommendations on the future of Morocco–Europe relations.
