PCNS Youth Community | Call for Applications: Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027

Committed to empowering young leaders and expanding their access to international forums, the Policy Center for the New South has reserved two fully funded places for members of its youth community to participate in the Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2027, taking place in New Delhi, India, from March 11 to 20, 2027.
About the Programme
The Raisina Young Fellows Programme convenes emerging leaders from around the world to discuss current political, economic, and social issues, with a particular focus on Asia. Fellows engage directly with senior political, business, and academic figures, gaining insights and building networks to contribute to global debates.
Participants will also be inducted as Raisina Young Fellows at the Raisina Dialogue, India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, co-hosted with the Ministry of External Affairs of India. Following the program, fellows join ORF’s active alumni network of more than 2,500 former participants in its governance programs, including ministers, CEOs, and party leaders.
This call is part of the strategic partnership between PCNS, ORF, and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), through which each institution nominates outstanding individuals to participate in the other partners’ programs, fostering cross-regional dialogue and shared learning.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be between 28 and 35 years old
- Demonstrate outstanding achievements and proven leadership
- Work in politics, diplomacy, business, media, civil society, or academia
- Be available for the full duration of the program
- Show the capacity and readiness to contribute to international forums
- Be proficient in English
Selected participants will receive:
- A comprehensive fellows’ program
- Roundtrip economy airfare
- Accommodation, meals, and in-country transportation
