As part of the Policy Center for the New South’s ongoing commitment to empowering youth and fostering global engagement, we are pleased to announce that 3 fully funded spots for our  Youth & ADEL Community members have been reserved for the NEXT Milan Forum 2026, organized by the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI). The delegation will comprise two representatives from the business community and one representative from civil society, including international organizations, NGOs, and young diplomatic professionals.

Taking place from May 4 to 5, 2026, in Milan, Italy, this renowned forum brings together young talents and future leaders from around the globe to engage in discussions with policymakers, experts, and business leaders on urgent international challenges.

The NEXT Milan Forum offers a unique platform for young leaders to share their perspectives, actively contribute to shaping policy discussions, and expand their international networks. In addition to the in-person event, participants will benefit from a series of virtual workshops and masterclasses held throughout the year, providing continuous learning and development opportunities.

Through our strategic partnership with the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), the Policy Center for the New South nominates exceptional individuals from its Youth & ADEL Community to participate in this flagship program, fostering cross-regional collaboration and building long-term professional exchanges. This is your chance to elevate your leadership and contribute to global change. 

  1. Deadline to apply: Monday, February 9th, 2026 
  2. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age: 25 to 35 years old

  • Young professionals with a solid educational background, demonstrated leadership skills, and a strong interest in global affairs, representing either the business community or civil society

  • Significant professional experience in line with NEXT topics

  • Proficiency in English

  1. Selected participants will enjoy:

  • Roundtrip economy airfare to Milan

  • Accommodation

  • Meals
