Le 27 février 2023, Rishi Sunak, Premier ministre du Royaume-Uni, a signé un nouvel accord avec l'Union européenne pour régler le dossier de la frontière entre Irlande du Nord et République d'Irlande. Au-delà des solutions imaginées sur cette question épineuse, la méthode a changé : discrétion dans la négociation, travail en profondeur, élégance dans la communication. Cette nouvelle méthode peut-elle s'étendre aux autres aspects des relations entre l'UE et le Royaume-Uni ?
