iCoRA "Research You Can Use” Forum

Tayeb Ghazi, Senior Economist at the Policy Center for the New South, will take part in the “Research You Can Use” Forum, organized by the International Community for Young Researchers & Innovators in Africa (iCoRA), a researchers' club based at University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) Ben Guerir, on Sunday, May 24th, 2026.
The forum aims to support young researchers in strengthening the practical relevance of their work and translating academic research into actionable outputs that can inform decision-making.
In this context, Tayeb Ghazi will contribute to the forum’s Day 2 panel discussion, scheduled from 10:00 to 11:00, with an intervention on “Translating Data into Policy Briefs to Influence Policy-Making.”
He will also take part in the Speed Mentoring & Consultations session, from 12:00 to 13:30, where selected participants will receive targeted feedback and guidance on how to enhance the policy relevance, clarity, and impact of their research.
