Mahmoud Arbouch, Economist at Policy Center for the New South, will be speaking at the Panel on “ Economic Developments and the role of external actors” during the Second Annual KAS-MEDAC Alumni Conference, intitled “Euro-Mediterranen Relations in Changing Times - Shifting Alliances and New Dynamics”.

The Regional Program Political Dialogue South Mediterranean of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS PolDiMed) and the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies (MEDAC) are jointly organizing the Annual Alumni Circle conference, bringing together KAS-MEDAC scholars, alumni, decision makers, and experts to facilitate dialogue on Euro-Mediterranean relations in the face of rapid and multifaceted regional developments. This year's conference explores the influence of external actors, economic development, and the evolving approaches to cooperation between European and Southern Mediterranean countries in light of migration and mobility.

This event is taking place at Marriott Hotel & Spa - St. Julian’s, Malta, October 10, starting from 11:30 am.

Mahmoud Arbouch
Economist
Mahmoud Arbouch is an Economist at the Policy Center for the New South. He is a graduate engineer from the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA – Rabat). His research focuses mainly on macro and regional economics in Morocco, industrial policy issues, as well as infrastructure development and financing. Mahmoud is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at the Faculty of Governance Economic & Social Sciences of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (FGSES – UM6P), working on industrial policy and regional development in Morocco. ...
