The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) is pleased to launch its Call for Volunteers for the 14th edition of the Atlantic Dialogues, taking place in Rabat, Morocco, from December 11 to 13, 2025.
Organized annually by the Policy Center for the New South, the Atlantic Dialogues (AD) is a high-level international conference that brings together senior officials, business leaders, academics, media representatives, and civil society actors from Africa, Europe, and the Americas to discuss pressing global issues through the lens of the Atlantic Basin. The conference fosters open and intergenerational dialogue, highlights perspectives from the Global South, and promotes innovative policy thinking. This year’s edition will also feature the presentation of the Atlantic Currents Report 2025, which analyzes the economic and geopolitical trends shaping the Atlantic space.
As part of its commitment to engaging youth and strengthening their involvement in global policy discussions, PCNS is offering motivated students and young professionals the opportunity to play a key role in the success of this flagship event. Volunteers will gain first-hand experience in the operational aspects of a major international conference, working closely with the PCNS team in areas such as logistics, production, communication, and media.
Applicants should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, fluent in English, and ideally proficient in French or Arabic. They should demonstrate strong communication skills, a sense of teamwork, and an interest in the Atlantic region’s geopolitical, economic, and social dynamics. Experience in event management is an asset but not required. Volunteers are expected to display professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability throughout the program.
The volunteer program runs from December 7 to 14, 2025, including preparation and debrief sessions. An online orientation session will be held prior to the event, and attendance is mandatory. This is a non-paid volunteer position. Meals will be provided during the conference, and accommodation may be arranged on a need basis.
Applications are open until October 26, 2025 (midnight). Interested candidates should complete the online application form Call for Volunteers: Atlantic Dialogues 2025 | Policy Center. Interviews will be conducted shortly after the deadline, and all applicants will be informed of the final decision no later than December 13, 2025.
