Are you a young leader ready to join a global community of changemakers and take part in high‑level discussions at the heart of the Atlantic’s most pressing issues?
As part of its ongoing commitment to empowering youth and fostering global engagement, the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 (ADEL).
The program will take place from December 7 to 13, 2025 in Rabat, Morocco, alongside the Atlantic Dialogues conference (December 11–13), a prestigious platform bringing together senior policymakers, business leaders, academics, and civil society representatives from across the Atlantic Basin and beyond.
