Call for Applications: Policy Simulation - “Foresight 2035 – Morocco and Europe in a Shifting World Order

The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Morocco are pleased to launch applications for the policy simulation Foresight 2035 – Morocco and Europe in a Shifting World Order, taking place on November 14–16, 2025, at PCNS, in Rabat.
This 2.5-day national-level simulation will bring together 25 young Moroccan professionals (aged 20–35) from policy, research, and civil society to explore possible futures for Euro-Moroccan cooperation in 2035. Using Transformative Scenario Planning and immersive policy simulation, participants will work in teams to develop divergent scenarios, test ideas, and contribute to a final policy brief with actionable recommendations.
The program will be held in English, with accommodation and meals provided. Participants are responsible for their own transportation.
Applications are open until October 13, 2025 (midnight).
Selections will be made on a rolling basis, so early submissions are encouraged.
