The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026

The Policy Center for the New South will hold the 13^th edition of The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program, its flagship annual initiative empowering 40 + outstanding young professionals aged 25 to 35 from across the Atlantic Basin. Selected from over 1,500 applicants each year, these changemakers join a dynamic network of more than 490 active alumni.

Taking place in Rabat, Morocco, from December 6^th to 10^th, 2026, the ADEL program offers a transformative leadership experience through tailored training, interactive workshops, and high-level exchanges. Participants engage with global policy discussions and connect with senior decision-makers, experts, and peers from diverse sectors and regions.

The program culminates in participation in the 15^th edition of the Atlantic Dialogues high-level conference from December 10^th to 12^th, offering further opportunities for intergenerational dialogue and strategic engagement.
