The ADEL Program was both a reset and a catalyst for me. In one of the busiest weeks of the year, it provided me with space to step back from the day-to-day and think more intentionally about leadership and impact. The futures-thinking workshops were especially valuable. They helped me widen my scope of thinking and get comfortable with uncertainty.
Personally, what stayed with me most was the community our cohort built so quickly. It moved beyond networking into genuine trust, with people sharing honestly during our night owls or other sessions, challenging each other thoughtfully, and showing up with generosity.
The lesson I’ve carried forward: the future belongs to leaders who can imagine multiple, disruptive paths, and to communities that help each other navigate them.
