The ADEL Program was a great opportunity to network with peers from around the world, learn, and exchange ideas on common interests and challenges. The cohort's diversity fostered passionate discussions and underscored the need to create more spaces for policy experts from diverse backgrounds to engage with one another and cultivate strategic empathy. I love debating, and the ADEL program delivered! The “Convince Me if You Can” session was one of the program’s highlights and reinforced my commitment to building bridges between policy actors in the Global South and the Global North through my organization.
