Sibahle Magadla is an Economic Development Specialist passionate about promoting financial inclusion and job creation. She has led economic research and policy work, including contributions to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the International Labour Organisation (ILO), and South African government. Sibahle contributed to a United Nations Development Program (UNDP) flagship project on the Future of the Ethiopian Economy, drafting a chapter on women's employment outcomes and female entrepreneurship.
A Chevening Scholar and alumna of SOAS, University of London, Sibahle brings an interdisciplinary lens to policy advocacy. Sibahle is the Co-founder of The Careerist Collective, where she empowers young professionals to build agency and lead in economic transformation.
