Internationalist with over 15 years of experience in international cultural cooperation, working mainly on policy-making, cultural diplomacy, cultural and creative industries and cultural heritage, with a wide knowledge of geo-policy and global agenda, as well as cultural topics and soft power.

At present, she is head of Multilateral Cultural Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture of Mexico. She has also served as a Liaison of International Cooperation at the Mexican National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL).

She holds a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management and Sustainable Development, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public International Law and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.

In recent years, she has participated in relevant international programmes such as Program “Séjour Culture 2019” organized by the French Ministry of Culture; 3rd "Global Cultural Leadership Programme” (2018) funded by the European Union; “Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2017” by the OCP Policy Center in Morocco, and “International Visitors' Programme” (2016) from the Dutch Culture|Centre for International Cooperation in The Netherlands. In 2018 she was selected Global Peace Ambassador 2018-2020 for the Global Peace Chain.

She is interested in working on cultural issues and topics of international relevance to have a positive impact in the world through culture.
