Harold Cardenas Lema is an Assistant Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he leads analyst teams conducting enhanced due diligence for domestic and international clients, with a focus on PEP screenings and AML compliance. Founder of the nonprofit organization La Joven Cuba, focused on Cuba's economic, political and social development . Additionally , he developed and overseen AML training programs for staff across U.S. branches. With a strong academic background in international affairs, he holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Matanzas. He combines his expertise in global political and cultural issues with his professional experience to deliver thorough risk assessments and foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
