Andrea Navarro de la Rosa is a Mexican international relations and public affairs professional working at the intersection of policy, institutional engagement, and international cooperation. She currently serves as Secretary-General of the Young Professionals Program at the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI), where she coordinates a network of more than 130 emerging professionals and develops cross-sector dialogue with public institutions, diplomats, business, academia, and civil society. She’s also a Lecturer in Trade Integration at Universidad La Salle México, teaching primarily in English on international trade, regional integration, and Mexico–EU economic relations. Her professional experience includes Mexico’s Ministry of Finance, the Mexican Senate, and Roche Mexico. She has published analysis on European politics, economic integration, technology, health, sustainability, and the participation of younger generations in international affairs today.
