Mohammed Boukhaffa est ancien directeur de l’Aménagement du Territoire ainsi que du Centre d’Études et de Recherche en Aménagement et Urbanisme. Il a longtemps été conseiller à l’Association des Régions du Maroc. Il est aujourd’hui un consultant en aménagement et développement territorial.
