As part of the Policy Center for the New South’s ongoing commitment to empowering young leaders and strengthening international collaboration, we are delighted to announce that three members of the PCNS youth community will be selected to participate in the Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2026, organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF).

Taking place in New Delhi, India, from March 02 to 11, 2026, alongside the Raisina Dialogue (March 5–7), India’s leading conference on geopolitics and geo-economics co-hosted with the Ministry of External Affairs, this program offers an immersive experience for emerging leaders to explore global challenges, policy innovation, and leadership in a rapidly changing world.

The Raisina Young Fellows Programme brings together outstanding young professionals from politics, diplomacy, business, media, civil society, and academia to exchange perspectives on international political, economic, and social issues, with a particular focus on Asia. Participants will engage directly with high-level political, business, and academic figures, gaining insight into diverse policy approaches and building lasting professional networks.

By joining this prestigious program, participants will not only enhance their leadership skills but also become part of an active alumni community of over 2,000 professionals, including ministers, CEOs, and senior policymakers.

This call for applications is part of the partnership between PCNS, ORF, and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), through which each institution nominates outstanding individuals to participate in one another’s programs, fostering cross-regional dialogue and shared learning.
