Le Policy Center for the New South organise une table ronde sur “L’impact de la guerre en Ukraine sur le système international » le mardi 29 mars 2022 à 10h00 GMT.

L’émotion créée par la guerre d’Ukraine au sein de l’opinion publique internationale a peu d’équivalent dans l’histoire récente. Ce conflit a, d’ores et déjà, des conséquences considérables, avant tout sur l’Ukraine et sa population, mais aussi sur l’économie et les relations internationales.
Il soulève une série de questions :

•    Comment caractériser cette guerre en comparaison avec les autres conflits de l’après-guerre froide ?
•    Comment définir son effet direct sur les rapports de forces mondiaux ?
•    Comment évaluer l’impact des différents types de soutien apportés à l’Ukraine (diplomatie, livraisons d’armes, sanctions…) ?
•    Au-delà, à quelles conséquences faut-il s’attendre sur l’évolution du système des relations internationales ?

Dominique Bocquet is a graduate of Sciences-Po, a graduate of history and a former student of ENA. Jamal Machrouh is Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South where he focuses on Geopolitics and International Relations issues, as well as Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Governance, Economic and Social Sciences of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P). He is also professor of international relations at the National School of Business and Management, Ibn Toufaïl University, Kénitra. Mr. Machrouh is lecturer at the Royal College of Advanced Military Studies of Kénitra and at Södertörn University of Stockholm, Sweden. He is the author of a book titled Justice and Development under World Trade Organization and of various articles dealing with international relations and geopolitics. ...

Oussama Tayebi is a Senior International Relations Specialist at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).At the PCNS, Oussama Tayebi primarily conducts research on governance, peace, and security issues in Central Africa. Before joining the PCNS in 2019, Oussama Tayebi contributed to the activities of the UN Women’s multi-country office for the Maghreb and the Paris office of the ONE Campaign (NGO), providing support for advocacy initiatives on the Africa-EU partnership and official development cooperation issues.Oussama Tayebi holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the School of Governance and Economics in Rabat, Morocco, and a master’s degree in international relations from Sciences Po Aix, France.Oussama Tayebi is fluent in Arabic, English, and French. ...
