Dr Zuzana Podracka is currently an acting head of department focused on implementing performance indicators into university financing at the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic. Her role encompasses running the university students’ and the graduate employers‘ satisfaction surveys, and coordinating a project designed to reform the support system available to university students. She is an experienced project manager with a track record in developing initiatives focused on leadership and young leaders and experts, most notably at GLOBSEC, a leading Bratislava-based European think tank, where she has been in charge of the GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum since 2018. An educator and a researcher by trade, she has a passion for (Central) European and Slovak history. She is an Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders 2018 Alumna.
