Soha is a UK-based education professional with over 12 years of experience across mainstream schools, further and higher education, with a particular specialism in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). She has held diverse roles in teaching, curriculum development, academic mentoring, and educational business development across several countries.

She holds a Doctorate in Educational Management and Leadership, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and specialised qualifications in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). She is also a certified Autism Specialist.

Her work extends beyond the classroom, with a strong commitment to using education as a catalyst for sustainable community development. Soha’s research portfolio reflects this passion, including her award-winning paper “The Philosophy of Education in Empowering Communities,” which received Best Paper Award at the NORDSCI Conference in Bulgaria. 

Her multidisciplinary approach is further demonstrated through projects tackling corruption in non-formal education and the innovative use of comics in investigative storytelling.

In 2025, Soha was shortlisted for the NASEN Support Practitioner of the Year Award, highlighting her continued excellence and dedication to inclusive education in the UK.
