Renowned as an elected-official, angel investor, and technology luminary, she is globally reshaping the landscape of innovation in our fast-paced world. In 2019, Mayor Pro Tem Ndebumadu became the youngest female and first African American woman to be voted and sworn into office as a Councilwoman for City of Bowie, representing District 4 within the State of Maryland. Roxy is also founder and CEO of auderesonder, a software and consulting start-up, reshaping the future of human development through AI and behavioral insights. She serves on many boards and is a Fellow at Aspen Institute and Vital Voices.
