Elizabeth is a mental health clinician and International Relations scholar who completed her PhD in Japan as a Japanese Government Scholar. She is currently a Rotary Scholar at Cambridge University’s Brain Science Unit, researching neuropolitics specifically how brain chemistry can inform policymaking and global governance. She previously contributed to nuclear energy policy at the OECD and represented the U.S at the 2023 G20 Youth Summit in India, where she helped shape space-debris policy recommendations. She will return as Co-Chair for the 2026 summit in Washington, D.C. Elizabeth recently represented the U.S as Youth Ambassador at the Osaka World Expo, promoting techonological innovation, and won the Trilateral China-Korea-Japan Cooperation Pitch Competition. She is also a Fulbright and TEDx speaker alumna.
