Dina Abdel-Fattah

Dina Abdel-Fattah is an associate with Development Gateway, where she is responsible for managing, implementing, and coordinating multiple projects, with an emphasis on incorporating geospatial tools for information management. 

In this role, she manages the Asian Development Bank’s geocoding efforts, as well as the Aid Management Platform (AMP) in Haiti, where she oversees the coordination of activities related to Haiti’s aid information system and processes. She has an extensive background in international development and energy, and her areas of expertise include web-based development platforms, Internet-based technologies, and geographic information systems. Previously, Abdel-Fattah was a USAID Aid Management Fellow based in the Nepalese Ministry of Finance, where she supported the comprehensive coding of Nepal’s AMP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the College of William and Mary, and a master’s degree in international development studies from the University of Amsterdam.
