As part of the Policy Center for the New South’s ongoing efforts to empower youth and foster global engagement, we are pleased to announce that 3 spots for our PCNS youth community have been reserved for the Raisina Young Fellows Program 2025, organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF).
Taking place from March 14 to 23, 2025, in New Delhi, India, alongside the Raisina Dialogue from March 17 to 19, this program offers an exceptional opportunity for emerging leaders from diverse fields – including politics, diplomacy, business, media, civil society, and academia – to engage in high-level discussions on critical global issues such as governance, security, technology, and economic development.
Participants will have direct access to policy dialogues, networking with global decision-makers, and mentorship from influential figures shaping the world stage. This program is designed to challenge conventional perspectives, stimulate forward-thinking ideas, and create long-lasting international relationships.
Through our strategic partnership with the Observer Research Foundation and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), the Policy Center for the New South nominates outstanding young leaders from its community to participate in this flagship program, fostering cross-regional collaboration and driving professional exchanges that shape the future of global leadership.
