Camila Crescimbeni is a political scientist and Argentine politician, currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer at The Future Co, a purpose-driven company that puts the SDGs into action through technology and multidimensional approaches to generate sustainable prosperity in poor rural communities. From 2019 to 2023, she served as National Congresswoman for the Province of Buenos Aires, having been elected at the age of 29. Prior to this role, she was President of the National Youth Wing of the PRO Party and a member of the party’s National Council. At 25, Camila was appointed Director of Argentina’s National Youth Institute (INJUVE), where she designed and implemented transformative national programs, including Casas del Futuro (Future Homes), the Tu Compromiso Transforma mentoring program, Financial Education for Women, and Yo Puedo Programar (I Can Code), developed in collaboration with Microsoft. Her work took her across Argentina, engaging directly with vulnerable communities in a federal capacity. At 27, she was elected to the City Council of Almirante Brown, in the Province of Buenos Aires. Throughout her political career, Camila has focused on social impact, poverty reduction, and sustainable development. She authored the Yolanda Law, a landmark initiative mandating sustainability training for public officials across Argentina’s Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches. Camila graduated top of her class in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires and earned honors from the Master’s in Public Policy and Administration at Universidad de San Andrés. She has been a university professor of political theory and sociology for over 12 years.
