Frappée par le déplacement du centre de la gravité mondiale de l’espace atlantique vers l’espace indopacifique, le pourtour méditerranéen demeure un espace économique et géopolitique qui concentre les rivalités et les jeux d’alliances, ainsi qu’un concentré des préoccupations présentes et à venir à l’échelle du monde.
