في حلقة هذا الأسبوع سنحاول مناقشة موضوع القطاع غير المُهيكَل في المغرب، أبرز التحديات وأفاق المستقبل. حيث أن ظاهرة العمالة غير الرسمية أصبحت تأخذ حيزا كبيرا في مختلف النقاشات العالمية الدائرة حول مسألة التنمية، والمغرب يعد من بين الدول التي تبقى فيها الظاهرة عند مستويات مرتفعة

كون منظومة الاقتصاد غير المُهيكَل جزء بنيوي أساسي في الاقتصاد المغربي، فقد شكل القطاع حسب احصائيات 2018 حوالي 77%، لكن عدة خطط وتطورات حدثت في المغرب منذ ذلك الحين، كورش الحماية الاجتماعية مثلا. هذا المعطى يضعنا أمام تساؤلات عدة: ما هو وزن القطاع غير المُهيكَل في المغرب وما أهميته بالنسبة للاقتصاد؟ هل يمثل مشكلة بالنسبة للاقتصاد المغربي وكيف يمكن هيكلة هذا القطاع؟ أسئلة وغيرها سنحاول الإجابة عنها في حلقة هذا الأسبوع رفقة ضيفنا "حمزة سعودي، باحث في الاقتصاد بمركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد"

Hamza Saoudi is an Economist at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS). He is a graduate engineer from the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA). He is currently working on topics related to business cycles, unemployment, inequality and poverty in developing countries. International Relations Specialist

Redouan Najah is an International Relations Specialist in the Strategic Monitoring and Analysis Unit of the Policy Center for the New South. His areas of research and publications focus on cyberspace, cyber defense, cybersecurity, Central African countries, and China in Africa. Redouan joined the Policy Center for the New South research team in 2019.
